Rites of passage &
initiations into adulthood

In Western Capitalist society, opportunities are rare for true initiation into adulthood. It is rare at any stage in our development, let alone in our adolescent years when we naturally undergo a profound questioning into identity, who our people are, and our place in the world. Ancient societies as well as contemporary societies that retain indigenous connections to land and culture use(d) intentional processes grounded in community to prepare individuals to ask the questions that are essential to conscious, ethical, loving and responsible living. Those questions challenge us to look deeply inwards and to turn toward nature to find truths about what it means to show up for self and community; What am I here to do and what is my path forward? What do I need to know in order to do it? Who are my people and where do I belong? How do I fit into this society and the Earth?

Rites of passage allow us to delve into the depths of our mind, body, and heart. Mirroring provided by guides in the context of the natural world offers a unique approach to healing and growth, combining nature's healing power with clinical expertise. Working together, we collaboratively create ceremony and ritual as a way to prepare, engage, and integrate your personal journey of growth and transformation.

Our Mission

Coaching & Skills Building

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through guidance, support, and accountability, coaches help clients identify their strengths and areas for growth. By fostering self-awareness and motivation, coaching enables individuals overcome obstacles and realize their goals. Whether in life, career, or in relationships, coaching offers valuable insights and strategies to facilitate positive development.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy has begun to include the use of psychedelic medicines, with Ketamine becoming increasingly common. Though still illegal in most states, substantial research supporting the use of psilocybin (sacred mushrooms) and MDMA is part of ongoing efforts towards legalizing these substances' therapeutic usage.

Though each of these medicines have different uses and effects, they are a potent way to process and release individual, collective, and trans-generational trauma, become familiar with the deeper layers of mind/heart/body, and experience unitary and altered states of consciousness. I am in the process of training to become a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provider and am available to do this work with clients who are in ongoing therapy*.

*I do not encourage, make available, or facilitate access to illegal substances. I do not require clients to use these substances in their work with me. I am not a certified psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy facilitator. I am a member of Journey Clinical and can facilitate access to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
